Mission of the Month (MOM)

Every month, Open Table supports various local and national outreach programs with financial donations. Recognizing a different organization each month increases our awareness of local and national needs.

Some of the missions Open Table supports are:

Safe Journeys

Safe Journeys provides support for domestic and sexual violence victims residing in Livingston and LaSalle Counties.

Youth Service Bureau

A community-based agency which responds to the changing needs of children and families throughout northern Illinois.

Valley Immigrant Advocates

Valley Immigrant Advocates provides immigration legal services to immigrants, refugees and asylees at a reduced cost or for free.

Community Food Basket

Community Food Basket, an unwavering resource for families facing food insecurity.

Beans and Bites

Beans and Bites, a mobile coffee shop which provides workforce opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

United Church of Christ

United Church of Christ 5 for 5 special offerings: Our Church’s Wider Mission, One Great Hour of Sharing, Strengthen the Church, Neighbors In Need, and the Christmas Fund.
